Who We Are

A harbour-born team that turns piers into headline venues.

Technicians preparing a lit stage for a harbour event

Tower Port Eventgear began with a stubborn idea: the most memorable events happen where the city meets the water, yet the docks, piers and quays that make those moments unforgettable are the hardest places to build a stage. Wind rolls off the open surface, salt sits in every fitting, decking is rarely level, and loading windows are dictated by working vessels rather than by an event schedule. Instead of avoiding that difficulty, we chose to make it our whole reason for existing, assembling a rental fleet and a crew culture shaped entirely around Belgian ports and the demands they place on temporary production.

Everything we own is selected for the marine environment first. Our staging is ballasted and anti-slip, our lighting is rated for exposure, our cabling is protected for foot traffic and spray, and our power distribution is designed to be safe on open, public docks. Just as importantly, our technicians are trained to read a waterfront site the way a captain reads a tide chart, anticipating how gusts, crowds and vessel movement will change the plan across a single event day. That combination of purpose-built gear and site-literate people is what lets us promise a setup that stays upright and stays beautiful.

Today we equip pier launches, dockside concerts, harbour festivals, ship namings and corporate quay receptions across the country, scaling from a single riser and speaker pair to a full festival deck wrapped in colour-changing beams. Whatever the size, we treat each booking as a purpose-built venue rather than a box of hired equipment, coordinating logistics, safety and aesthetics so organisers can focus on their guests, artists and brand while our team holds the technical backbone together from load-in to the final blackout.
